States Tournament Results

Osceola Anglers Tournament Recap
Saturday's state fishing tournament was one to remember for the Osceola Anglers and all who competed. The day began with cooler morning tempatures that created ideal fishing conditions. The bite was much stronger early on, and many teams took advantage of that productive window. As the day went on, tempatures warmed up significantly, but the morning proved to be the key to sucess.
Overall it was a great day for some fishing and strong competition across the state.

The big fish was caught by Treston Stowers, who weighed in a massive 8.32 pound bass. That standout catch was one of the highlights of the day and earned him well- deserved recongnition.

First Place – Colton Batton and Jackson Ming
Colton and Jackson weighted in an impressive five-fish limit, totaling 27.70 pounds. An outstanding performance and a great representation of Osceola Anglers.
Second Place – Jackson Munns and Saylor Urban
Jackson and Saylor also came in with a solid five-fish limit, weighing in at 21.23. Their consistency kept them competitive through the tournament, also representing Osceola Anglers.
Third Place – Jaedin Velez and Daniel Gray
Jaedin and Daniel had a total weight of 20.64 pounds. Although they are not members of Osceola Anglers, they put together an impressive performance.
Fourth Place- Mason Collier and Jayden Lauffer
4th overall in the state tournament and 3rd among the Osceola Anglers. They weighed three fish in with a weight of 18.99 pounds. Even with less fish, their quality catches kept them near the top standings.

The top 4 teams will Qualify for, the high school fishing Nationals in Kentucky. Thank you to Bartow Ford and Saint Cloud Bail Bonds for Sponsoring and helping these kids get to Nationals.
